State Resources

Colorado FIRST Customized Training Program – This statewide job training program provides training assistance to the Metro Denver workforce as an incentive for companies that are relocating or expanding in Colorado.

Colorado Department of Labor and Employment – With many online workforce resources for employers, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment also offers the Connecting Colorado site where employers can post job openings and find quality workers.

Colorado School-to-Career Program – This program brings students, businesses, communities and schools together to create a highly trained and productive workforce and helps business leaders in Metro Denver improve workforce quality through work-based experiences and curriculum development tailored to today’s workforce needs.

Arapahoe Community College

Arapahoe Community College began offering classes at its new Castle Rock Campus in October of 2011. The new campus is conveniently located off of Meadows Parkway on the west side of I-25 at 4700 Castleton Way.

The campus features five classrooms configured with the latest technology, a large computer lab and faculty dedicated to the success of the student. Course offerings will position students to complete an Associate’s degree and assist those students who wish to transfer credits to a four-year institution.
